This is the place to get the facts straight. For anyone who has gone up and down the scale trying to lose weight, we welcome you. Stop beating yourself up. Give yourself the right to fail. We only truly fail when we give up. Success is there for the taking, when your ready. In the meantime, don't give up. Go ahead and take a break if you must, but don't give up.
